The traditional closure of the "pump area" is normally a metallic painted cabin, whose function is simply closing the machine. In this case our customer did not want to have a standard cabin, but was looking for something aesthetically different. Our project allows the possibility to make some adjustments or set up actions on the machine, thanks to our opening systems, together with maintenance operations that may be necessary. Our proposal was approved by the customer, who was very satisfied also from an aesthetical point of view, for our accurate study of shapes and choice of materials. The final result made our customer want this cabin not only for the single project, but also for the future ones, as a standard solution to be proposed to all his customers.

Lightness and modularity of an aluminium conveyor belt for the marble and stone industry. project: conveyor belt application: handling of marble and stone blocks year: 2003
Yes, it is! Even if aluminium is known for its lightness, it can be used also in handling of heavy loadings, such as marble and stone. Our technical know-how let us take advange of the modularity of the aluminium profile, obtaining a unique product. The detailed study and projectation of the frame, the use of rolls and heads "ad hoc", custom made and tailored on the project, make possible a conveyor belt that can move up to 1500 kg. The final product is a lighter conveyor belt, but with the necessary solidity, which can be modulated according to necessities of use, thanks to the grooves where you can anchorate accessories or bars, or other tools. The belt, too is chosen among the more suitable materials, for the transport of heavy loads. The final result is a conveyor belt which responds to the highest requests of solidity, modularity, precision, but in aluminium.

project: system to guarantee high hygenic standards year: 2013 - Milper sas patented
This project, which is patented by Milper sas, is the expression of how our customers' requests are always seen as occasions of study of new solutions and proposals. Our system, thanks to the total closure of the profile groove, lets us cancel any surface difficult to be cleaned or which keeps dirty and dust traces. With our solution the aluminium profile can be used in areas where high hygenical standards are recommended, as in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
The brand “Haute Couture” comes from the experience of a real moment, which took place in Milper Group during the meeting with the general manager of an important French group, which came and visited our company. It expresses the concept of what we are, because “ça c’est haute couture!” was the first comment of mr François as soon as he saw his finished project.
We were very glad in imagining our product in the world of high fashion, where quality and attention to details is its must. “that’s a great compliment”, we thought, “he perfectly understood the essence of our work: what we do must be done well and good-looking”.
We remained flattered, mostly because we know what mr François intended by “haute couture”: a tailored work, artisanal, where the care for detail and the quality of materials make the product exclusive. From this compliment comes out the idea of “showing” our products in a location, worthy of the more “exclusive” high fashion, even if, in this case, industrial.
Haute Couture Equipment expresses the know-how of Milper Group, a company which has in his founder and director, Massimo Perdoncin, the higher expression of this concept.
Since 1998, starting with Milper sas, now with Milper Group – made of the aluminium and plastic materials division (Milper sas) and the steel division (Milper Steel) – has come out Massimo’s concept of work: a way of projecting, manufacturing and creating based on the selection of materials, functionality always at first place, on the care of detail, which creates the aesthetical pleasure in the industrial sector, too.
Every product is exclusive and speaks for itself, but, most of all, improves and gives value to the location where it is placed, because “we like this way!”.
Villa Godi Malinverni was the first project of Andrea Palladio, built up in 1542. In this project we feel the spirit and the intuition of the great architect, his potential, which will come out in his successive realizations. Milper Group, too, even if in a completely different sector, feels its creations as the result of a study and constant evolution, both on the technical and aesthetical side.
Villa Godi Malinverni belongs to the rich artistic heritage of the Ville Venete. Andrea Palladio built up the Villa on commission of Gerolamo Godi, who commissioned it for his son Antonio; the works ended in 1542; Gianbattista Zelotti, Battista del Moro and Gualtiero Padovano adorned it with their frescos. The family Malinverni bought it in 1962, bringing it back to the ancient splendor. The garden is rich of secular trees and of about 1300mt of avenues.
